But here’s the thing. Even though we believe that Jesus died and was resurrected for every one of us individually, we also believe that he has called us to follow him and serve him together. That is what the church is about. To be who God us to be and to do what he wants us to do together.

Here’s my invitation/challenge: Do you know what God has called you to do? Do you know who God wants you to be? Finally, what are you doing to live out this calling?

Don’t feel bad if you are unsure how to answer these questions. I would not know the answer if someone asked me this earlier in my life. But I was blessed that I joined a church that helped me answer God’s calling, and my life has never been the same since. And now, we want to offer you the same opportunity here at IES Kelapa Gading. We want you to learn about your calling and to help you live it out today.

Please note that we are very serious about our walk together in Jesus that we don’t care where you’ve been, what you’ve done, and all the mistakes you’ve made in the past. And we don’t care what you wear to go to church. All we ask is that you open your heart to God’s Holy Spirit and Holy Scriptures so that you can singlemindedly fulfill his glorious and wonderful calling in your life. We don’t care where you’ve been but we care where you’re going.
